The Choccolocco Research, Education, and Technical Experience (CREATE) is a regional education, workforce development and technology center that exists to better prepare students for postsecondary careers and workforce opportunities while meeting the increasing demand for a skilled workforce to serve our businesses and industries in East Alabama.
