As an instructor for CREATE, I have a front row seat on how adult learning is impacting the future of each student’s life through providing different educational pathways for our construction industry. CREATE offers a unique opportunity through the adult learning program in the evenings to provide real world experience into the trades. We are able to teach the essential skills needed to have a jump start in the trade field of their choice. Each student leaves with their NCCER core certification which teaches safety, tools, employability, and the basic knowledge of the trade.
