I fully support pursuing higher education and going to college. I realize this isn't the path some students feel led to pursue. I believe we need to meet the students where they are. We need to help them develop their talents and gifts. We need to strengthen and encourage them as they figure out their career path.
If we provide different opportunities for them to discover their passion, we will create a new productive, happier, and healthy student which will carry over into the workplace.
